How it Works

  • There will be pre-planning that needs to take place in the weeks before the Summit. A workbook, customer and stakeholder questionnaires, and research prompts will be provided so that it’s simple to complete the task. You will also have a 1 hour x 1:1 session with your Brand Strategist to talk through your goals and challenges for the Summit.

  • The Summit will be held on the Sunshine Coast to ignite and inspire thinking, and to reduce the daily interruptions and pressures of being in the office.

  • The 2.5 days will be facilitated by Mandy Hall, experienced Brand Strategist and MD of Mayd, who will be mentoring you through the entire process. Mandy has worked for some of Australia’s most infamous brands such as Compare the Market and Virgin Australia.

  • Throughout the course of the Summit there will be presentations and discussions with guest CEOs and industry professionals sharing their views and tips on how to use your brand to grow equity and multiply business value, as well as how to overcome internal challenges when it comes to getting momentum with brand positioning.

  • After the 2.5 days, you’ll leave with the bones of your brand strategy and implementation plan for the next financial (or relevant) year. In the two weeks following the Summit, our team will review and finesse based on our expertise in developing brands that drive financial returns.

  • There is a shopping list of options to gain help in bringing your brand to life based on your new positioning. From branding and copywriting, to campaign development. The choice is yours.
